Niko De Klerk leads StreetBiz Foundation in South Africa. He recently set on a 2,750 km journey from Pretoria to Cape Town to change the lives of youth and unemployed individuals in economically disadvantaged communities.
Niko started the journey on Mandela Day (July 18). He will launch Knack workshops in 100 townships across South Africa. Youth and unemployed individuals will play Knack Games, discover their talents, and gain awareness of their entrepreneurship skills.
Our research shows that helping people discover their skills and potential increases their self-awareness, confidence, and optimism about their economic future.
The journey is expected to end on South Africa Day, which is held on November 24.
The emergence of grass-root movements that use Knack to change people’s lives is incredibly inspiring. We’re sharing some pictures below.
